We’re delighted to announce that The Coaching Inn Group has purchased the historic Warwick Arms Hotel in Warwick.

This historic inn sits a mere stone’s throw away from the impressive Warwick Castle, in the traditional market town of Warwick, with its history dating back as far as 1591, with famous guests such as Admiral Nelson, Mark Twain, and Frank Sinatra.

Speaking on the acquisition, Coaching Inn Group COO Adam Charity commented that ‘The Warwick Arms Hotel ticks every single box when it comes to what we look for in hotels & inns. For close to 30 years we’ve built this reputation for breathing new life into some of the UK’s most loved and iconic hotels & inns’. He continued, ‘Thanks to our incredible teams, both centrally and on-site, we’ve just had our best year on record, and we feel that it’s the right time to continue with our growth strategy and fulfil the dream of making The Coaching Inn Group a household name.’

Our current plans are to trade over the summer months whilst we plan a carefully considered and thoughtful refurbishment across The Warwick Arms Hotel. One that retains and accentuates the standout features of the hotel with the classic Coaching Inn Group look and feel. Our amazing people team will also induct the team into The Coaching Inn Group ways of working, with our signature warm, friendly, ‘Hospitality From The Heart’ service style.
